Yes, we can accommodate your family of 6 max. stay at our MB Palace Resort #2013 angled oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo on 20th floor (200' above ocean condo) from Oct. - March. 1-3 months monthly stay for $1900 rent plus $1900 deposit Total. Paid in advance and complete our owner application (please see form pic below). Our P2013 condo is cleaned before and after your stay as normal with clean linens and towels.

We own and rent our MB Palace Resort #2013 angled oceanfront two bedroom / two bath condo, sleeps 7 max. since 2000. You are welcome to verify me as owner with Horry County Tax Assessors office, business license #284, MB Business License #11536. VRBO does not give owners guest mailing address anymore due to their privacy policy. However, we can not rent to you without your mailing address, as we mail you our vacation rental form for you to sign and mail back to Owner, then we mail you the final letter with 2 keys, 2 parking passes, pool wristbands, map, rules, everything. No check in, as all is mailed to you. This is also mentioned on our VRBO ad.
