Applications are $100.00, non-refundable. We require that the monthly gross income be three times the rental amount. We also conduct a full credit and background checks on all applicants while looking for any previous evictions, bankruptcies, or outstanding balances owed. Must have a minimum credit score of 580. Once your application(s) is approved, you can pay the first month’s rent and a $200 administrative processing fee to reserve the home.
