3. Credit scores above 625. (Credit scores between 624 - 550 can be approved with additional security deposit and last-month’s rent; below 550 requires a strong cosigner or lease paid in full).
4. No felony convictions in prior 7 years and no sex offenders.
5. No evictions within the last 7 years, no bankruptcies unless discharged, and no money owed to a property management company, landlord, or utility company.
Application and Leasing:
1. If you wish to apply, we will send you a link through TurboTenant for each applicant over 18. Their fee is $45.00 per applicant, non-refundable.
2. Once approved, you'll have 24 hours to pay a $500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the apartment. This deposit will be applied to your first month’s rent. We will hold the apartment for you for no more than 20 days prior to move-in.
3. All other security deposits and first month's rent (minus your $500.00 deposit) must be paid prior to move-in.
4. Resident is responsible for all utilities through Morristown Utilities.
