Stepping through the front door and up the stairs to the first living area or you can take the elevator located in the garage up to the 1st floor; either way, you step directly into the dining area. Living room/dining area is to your left with patio doors leading to your private balcony overlooking the marsh and river; and, to the right is the kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove/oven; and, refrigerator with icemaker. Down the hall and to the left is the storage area and straight ahead is the guest bedroom with bathroom. Up the stairs or up in the elevator is the master suite(furnished) with amazing views looking out the patio doors; which look out over the marsh and river. A another bedroom is down the hall with furniture already. Must see to appreciate. No pets. $50 cash application fee per adult.
