A modest $75 PER PET PER MONTH is added to the base lease amount. This recurring pet rent helps cover the additional wear and tear, cleaning, and maintenance that pets can bring. This fee applies to any mammal, reptile, bird, fish, rodent, or insect brought onto the property.

Exception for Assistance Animals

We welcome assistance animals without any pet fee. These animals are not considered pets under federal and Texas law. However, to ensure smooth approval and accommodation, assistance animals must be reported to the Landlord in advance, along with the required documentation as outlined by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
