To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum credit score of 600

• Verifiable gross income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent

• Rental history verification required

• Income verification required

• Background screening required

• No unpaid landlord judgments within the past 7 years

Application fee is $50 per applicant.

Rent is $2,050 per month with a one-year lease term.

Before move-in, the following will be due:

• First full month’s rent: $2,050

• Security deposit: $2,050

• Lease preparation fee: $75

• Resident Benefits Package (first month): $49.95

Up to two (2) pets (dogs & cats) are welcome. Service animals are not subject to fees. All pets and animals must go through an approval process. Approved pets require $35/month per pet in pet rent.
