Unit 1 is a 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that features spacious living spaces on the first floor, including a welcoming entry way, living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is also two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has the remaining four bedrooms and second full bathroom, along with a large laundry area.
There are 2 free parking spaces behind the house.
Tenants are responsible for utilities. Gas/electric is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $360/month total and water/sewer/trash/recycling is charged at a flat-rate $60 per tenant per quarter. Lawn care and snow removal is included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a fee (one-time registration fee of $100 plus $50/mo pet rent for 1 pet or $75/mo pet rent for 2+ pets).
No application fee. $125 non-refundable lease processing fee per tenant, only if lease is signed. Security deposit is 1.5x the rent. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $600 total for the unit.
