FEES:
Application fee due at applying. Reservation fee becomes deposit after move-in (refunded if denied, forfeited if canceled).
UTILITIES:
Residents pay electric, water, and sewer; optional internet, cable, and phone.
PET FRIENDLY: $300 per pet, max 2, 50 lb combined.
