Oakwood Apartments is located on Manchester Road just 1/2 mile east of Lindbergh. We sit right next to Schnucks Grocery store at Manchester x Woodlawn and Panera Bread is our next door neighbor! We are within the highly regarded, AAA rated, Kirkwood school district. Our address is 10215 Manchester Road, but if you have a GPS put in 1 Provincial Court to get a more accurate location. Pet Policy:
• 2 Pet Maximum
• Up to date on shots
• $250 One-Time Upfront Pet Fee (Per Pet)
• $25 Monthly Pet Fee (Per Pet)
**We do require up to date veterinarian & vaccination records, along with a photo of your furry friend
Rental Requirements:
• Applicants must be 21+ (co-signer required if under)
• Applicants must have Favorable Credit Score of 650 or Higher
• Applicants must make 3x the monthly rent in Gross Household Income (all applicants combined, before taxes)
• No Recent Evictions (8 Years)
• Applicants with previous felony charges may be subject to denial
