To qualify, applicants should have an income of 2.5–3 times the monthly rent, with no prior evictions or violent arrests. We do run a credit check, but there's no minimum score requirement—we simply look for consistent payment history on basic bills such as phone service, car payments, retail accounts, and no recent repossessions.
The application fee is per adult and is paid directly through the Findigs platform.
