• Petscreening: $25 (bank) or $30 (credit or debit) per pet
• “No-pet”, ESA, and Service Animal applications are free
• Pet Admin Fee: $150 one-time fee
• Monthly Pet Rent: $35 for one pet, $25 for each additional pet
A lease administration fee of 7% of one month’s rent is charged upon execution of the lease agreement for all properties.
An in-person/virtual showing, and/or a walk-through video, is required before lease signing. (Site-unseen Addendum added to the lease if no in-person showing is completed before lease signing)
A security deposit equal to 1.5x the rent is due at lease signing.
All Unlimited RE Arizona residents will be automatically enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $43.95/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more!
