The River Lofts North community is the perfect place for those who love the charm of an historic building but want all the conveniences of modern city living. These light filled apartments are the perfect blend of original architectural details and up-to-date finishes, including hardwood floors, in-unit laundry, and kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
As a limited access, keyless entry building, it offers security and convenience. Step out your door onto Jefferson Street, the Bluff Walk, or Commerce Street and it's just a short walk to the many downtown restaurants, shops, and miles of great walking and biking trails. Want to stay "close to home"? The El Mariachi restaurant is located on the ground level at the Jefferson Street entrance.
This is a no smoking property. The $125/month amenities fee covers water, sewer, trash removal, cable, internet and use of the on-site fitness center. Pets are conditional with additional $300 non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. The lease term is 12 months. There is off-street parking available for $60/month. Renter's or Liability Insurance is required.
