**APPLICATION INFORMATION:**

Applications are $40.00 per adult (18 or older). This includes a credit check, background check, and sex offender registry check. Exceptional Property Management Group (EPMG) does not accept third-party applications such as Zillow, Rent.com, Apartments.com, or similar sites.

**Background Requirements:**

No crimes, including but not limited to arson, larceny/theft, breaking and entering, trespassing, any violent crimes, weapons charges, possession and/or distribution of controlled substances or drugs, or any charges relating to the above.

**Credit Requirements:**

Applicants must have a clean record, maintain payments on any line of credit, have no foreclosures or repossessions on any personal property, and be free of collection accounts (excluding medical collections).

**Income Requirements:**

Income must be equal to or greater than 2.5 times the monthly rental rate.
