1 free, assigned parking space is included in rent along with gas, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for placing DTE electric in their name. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is charged to the ledger at $25/month.
Tenants have access to the shared lakefront and are welcome to install a temporary dock for a seasonal fee of $1,000.00. Boats welcome between May and October, but would need to be stored offsite from November through April.
Cats and small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). Only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
Shared laundry available in the basement.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
