Welcome to Devonwood! This is a clean, well-kept HOA where landscaping is carefully maintained. When you aren't relaxing on your patio, you’ve got the pool (right across from your condo!) and the "Boat House" clubhouse right there for a quick swim or a neighborhood get-together.
The neighborhood is very quiet, but you’re definitely not isolated. If you’re into hiking, you’re minutes from Point Pinole and the Ohlone trails, and grocery shopping with Safeway or Trader Joe’s are just a short hop down the road. For the commute, being right near I-80 and Highway 4 is a huge plus. If you work in San Francisco and want to skip the bridge traffic, the WestCAT Lynx bus has free WiFi and is only a 3-minute drive or 25-minute walk, it is the local "secret weapon" for getting to the city. Devonwood is that rare pocket that feels tucked away in the hills but still makes getting around the Bay manageable.
