• Water/Sewer (NTPUD) to be reimbursed to the Owner along with the monthly rent

• Cable, Internet & Phone to be set up by Tenant if desired.

PARKING:

• Tenant must complete an HOA-mandated tenant and vehicle registration form for issuance of the parking pass.
