Apartment is completely separate in owner-occupied duplex, located in older, safe, established City of Suwanee neighborhood. It was recently painted and exceptionally clean.

Residence is only two blocks from Suwanee Town Center and City Hall, Police/Fire stations and Suwanee Creek Trail. Two blocks from Gwinnett Bus Stop and Bus # 50 route. Walmart, Lowes, Publix, Kroger, and many restaurants, medical offices and dentists all within one-half mile or just a few blocks.

Separate living Room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath with shower. Personal controlled heating and cooling by electrical units in living room and bedroom. All utilities, WiFi, washer/dryer, and all furniture furnished.

The apartment has a separate, private entrance from your own personal carport. Security lights on front and back. The back door leads onto a small private screened porch with the washer and dryer. The back porch leads onto a small deck and into a private, fenced 15 x 15 paved patio. Tenants have use of a fire pit and grill.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Only one month’s rent in advance is required to move in. There are no other charges other than the rent each month. The tenant may move anytime with one month notice without any penalty or charge.

If you value privacy and security, you will love this cozy and quiet apartment in a neighborhood with very little traffic. The carport is designated exclusively for the tenant and only two steps from your front entrance.
