UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, internet, and cable TV or satellite. Water and sewer are included. The resident is also responsible for snow removal from the walkway and patio, as well as replacing water filters and maintaining water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Fox Point is ideally located in Kimball Junction, just minutes from Utah Olympic Park, downtown Park City, Deer Valley, and Park City Mountain Resort. The south side of the community borders the Swaner Nature Preserve, a 1,200-acre protected wildlife area that offers a natural, open backdrop. The location is highly convenient, with many everyday amenities within walking distance, along with easy access to biking paths and the free local bus system.
