The House: You will have full access to a fully stocked kitchen, new flooring throughout, and two lovely outdoor decks (upstairs and downstairs) perfect for relaxing.
About the Roommates
You will be sharing the home with two 30-year-old professional guys who are quiet, clean, and fun. We work from home a few days a week and maintain an active routine, balancing a friendly, welcoming household environment with total respect for each other’s privacy. The room is open because our previous roommate's short-term welding contract is coming to an end.
Location & Commuter's Dream
This location is highly convenient, especially for military members or Pentagon workers:
Parking: Includes access to a resident parking lot with plenty of guest parking.
Commute: About a 45-minute drive to DC, or just 30 minutes utilizing the HOV lanes (free with 3+ passengers).
Public Transit: Extremely close to OmniRide commuter buses, trains, and local slug lines for free rides.
House Rules & Requirements
Pets: Cats may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, but absolutely no dogs are allowed.
Screening: A standard background check and credit check are required via TurboTenant's secure application process.
