Full size washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooktop, multi-cooker, blender, Keurig, dishes, cookware, silverware, towels/linens/blankets, WiFi, 2 TVs with Roku, Netflix, AppleTV, Paramount+. Ceiling fans, AC/heater combo (220volt), full XL mattress, good closet space and extra-large dresser drawers. Utilities (gas, electric, & water) are also included.
$2000 security deposit required (fully credited towards last months rent if you give the proper 30 days notice).
As this is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is adjacent to my own residence, I am ONLY seeking tenants who will respect the quiet hours of the property. I also have a STRICT policy that this is a 100% smoke-free and drug-free property (including no smoking, vaping, or cannabis). NON-SMOKERS ONLY!
Im a 76-year-old retiree, live alone with my dog, very quiet. For anyone interested, please tell me (via email) a bit about yourself, including your current employment/occupation, verifiable income details (all legal sources of income and housing subsidies are accepted), your reason for moving, and your target move-in date. Applicants must meet our standard screening criteria, which include verifiable income of at least 3.5x the monthly rent, and only credit scores above 700 will be considered.
