4 people: $2700 per semester per person or $675 per person per month. (2 beds empty)
1st-month rent is due at move-in.
1 Month Security Deposit due at lease signing.
Minimum credit score of 600. Those under 600 will be considered on a case-by-case bases. You may be asked to pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit to move in.
An income of 3x's the monthly rent is required.
Good rental history required. Anyone with past evictions, owing a past landlord or multiple landlord tenant court filings will not be approved. Anyone in collections with a utility company will be asked to pay off the balance due to be approved.
