Check-In
Standard check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival once all required reservation steps are complete. Please follow the instructions carefully and only use the assigned unit, access points, and parking areas provided for your reservation.
Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on unit readiness and cleaning completion.
Check-Out
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
Before leaving, please complete the following:
Gather all personal belongings.
You may leave tied trash bags inside the unit, and our cleaning team will take care of disposing of them properly after check-out.
Wash or place used dishes in the dishwasher.
Turn off lights and electronics.
Set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature.
Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
Please return the fob key inside the lockbox before checking out.
Late check-out is not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
Parking
Guests may park in any open spaces. Must register at the website [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] and display the visitor parking signage in the dashboard at all times. Please follow all posted parking signs and community parking rules while on property. Do not park in unauthorized spaces, fire lanes, handicap spaces without a valid permit, reserved resident spaces not assigned to you, or any area marked as restricted.
Guests need to register to park and display the parking tag in the vehicle. One bedroom units will have one parking tag. The two bedroom units will have two parking tags.
Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Please use the main entrance and follow the arrival instructions provided for your stay.
The Nelson community includes multiple buildings, parking areas, amenity spaces, and elevators. Please refer to your check-in instructions for the most accurate access details for your unit.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a respectful level during these hours. This includes music, TV volume, conversations, hallway noise, and any shared community spaces.
This is a residential community, so please be courteous to neighbors at all times.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed inside the unit, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenity areas, or other restricted community spaces.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping devices, and any similar products.
Any smoking-related odor, damage, or extra cleaning may result in additional charges.
Guests and Visitors
Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for your reservation. Visitors must follow all house rules and community guidelines. The booking guest is responsible for the behavior of all guests and visitors during the stay.
Parties and Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activity are not allowed.
Any disturbance, complaint, unauthorized gathering, or violation of community rules may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
Unit Care
Please treat the home with care.
Do not move large furniture.

Do not tamper with smart locks, WiFi equipment, smoke detectors, appliances, or building systems.
Report any maintenance concern as soon as possible.

Trash and Recycling
You may leave tied trash bags inside the unit at check-out, and our cleaning team will take care of disposing of them properly.
During your stay, please do not leave trash in hallways, outside the unit door, in parking areas, or in amenity spaces.
Pets
