This home features convenient dual-level exterior entries. The main (upper) floor offers an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a stackable washer and dryer unit. The lower level includes three additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.
Outside, a spacious front deck provides the perfect spot to enjoy the crisp fall weather and early spring sunshine.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher. Propane tanks for the grill are the responsibility of the tenant.
$2300/month includes electricity, internet, water, sewer, and propane. Tenant is responsible for snow removal/shoveling the deck & entryways.
No smoking/vaping.
One small dog may be negotiated with a pet fee.
The home is fully furnished. Linens are not included.
