Has been convicted of criminal s*xual assault or criminal s*xual abuse.
Has been convicted of drug-related criminal activity within the past five (5) years.
For purposes of these requirements:
Violent criminal activity means any felony involving the use, attempted use, or threatened use of physical force against another person or property.
