This prime location offers easy walking or shuttle access to restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the spa, as well as festivals and events at River Run Village. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the close proximity to hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding, and a quick drive to Arapahoe Basin for spring skiing.
The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and features:
* Master suite with queen bunk beds
* Second bedroom with a queen bed
* Pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room
Additional amenities include a cozy gas fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private deck ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. The complex also offers two hot tubs overlooking the slopes (access subject to current COVID restrictions).
All utilities are included in the rent—electric, WiFi, cable, water, and trash—making this an easy, hassle-free mountain getaway or long-term retreat.

$2,700.00 per month - utilities included.
The prospective tenant has the right to provide to the landlord a portable tenant screening report not more than 30 days old, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if the prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from: charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee.” C.R.S. 38-12-904(1.5)(a)(IV)(d).
