TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Community Fee: $75 includes water, sewer, trash, internet (must provide own equipment) and smart home features (smart door locks, doorbell camera, smart thermostat, smart home hub).
• Must move Dominion Energy to tenant name prior to move in (proof required).
• Must move Rocky Mountain Power to tenant name prior to move in (proof required).
**No smoking, vaping, or pets of any type permitted in the home or anywhere on the property for any length of time.
APPLICATION PROCESS/CRITERIA:
• $40 fee per adult 18+.
• Minimum 625 credit score and clean background.
• Income should be minimum 3x rent (combined of all adult applicants).
• Will require proof of income and 2 references per adult applicant (1 employer and 1 previous landlord).
• Will required photo of each applicant's State ID, Driver's License, or Passport.
