$50 application fee for anyone over 18 - checks criminal history, eviction history, credit history and income
$1,200 security deposit
$1,400 monthly rent
Pets allowed on a case by case basis - subject to non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent. We will discuss this when viewing/applying. Absolutely NO LARGE ANIMALS allowed (anything over 50lbs) and NO PIT BULLS allowed.
