This property is a three-story apartment complex close to several cafes, restaurants, and shops on Main Street including Barrelista Coffee House, Slow Hand BBQ, Citrus Salon, Pegasus Bicycle Works, etc. It is also approximately a 10-minute walk from local breweries, such as Rocksteady Brewing and Five Suns Brewery, as well as Armando's live music venue, and approximately a 20-minute walk to the Martinez Marina.
In order to qualify for the discounted rental rate of $730/mo, the applicant must also fill the open Onsite Resident Manager Position.
This is a part-time position.

Unfortunately, this is a no pets property.
Compensation: The Resident Manager will be given a discount on the fair market rent for a studio apartment, in addition to an hourly rate which is $16.32. Water, garbage, and sewer utilities are covered at this property, but will be the onsite manager's responsibility to set up a PGE (Pacific Gas and Electric) account for the unit.
Responsibilities: The Resident Manager will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the property including showing vacant apartments, rent collection, enforcing tenant rules and regulations, tenant relations, and reporting tenant/maintenance issues directly to the Property Manager.
The Resident Manager is responsible for the overall condition and environment of the building in which they reside. This job will include light cleaning of the common areas, such as, hallways, entryways, and the laundry room as needed. We have a professional cleaning service that cleans the common areas monthly, so heavy cleaning will not be required.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must live in the unit
Applicants must be at least 18 years or older
Applicants must be fluent in English
Applicants must have a working cell phone
Applicants must be able to use email and have basic computer knowledge
Applicants must have excellent customer service skills
Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Applicants must be able to walk up and back down several flights of stairs
Applicants must be able to show proof of steady income, as rent will not be 100% free.
