Zumper application fee is $30 per adult. There is a non-refundable administration fee of $75 per adult to process the lease. Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, LES, award letters) 3x the monthly rent amount. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels.
Homes are placed on market cosmetically as is. Prospects are strongly encouraged to view the property in person. CCR is not responsible for sight unseen accepted properties. All applicants are assumed to have viewed the property. There will be no further cleaning or repairs so long as it does not affect the safety and habitability of the home.
We do not accept co-signers
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicant is not approved until all information is submitted and notified of approval by CCR.
Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a 25 lb. maximum weight limit. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and $10 monthly pet rent. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.
