Description

THIS IS A CONDO ASSOCIATION. The fee is $75.00/ per person or $125.00/ per couple. If you need it rushed, add an extra $100.00 to the fee. Turnaround time is up to 30 days for regular application and up to 15 days for expedited processing. You MAY NOT move in without approval from the condo association. LIMIT 2 INDOOR PETS & NO PETS OVER 15 lbs.

***WE ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FOR ALL TYPES OF TENANTS, SUCH AS REGULAR TENANTS, SECTION 8***

**FOR SECTION 8 TENANTS ONLY, MONTHLY SPECIAL, NO SECURITY (NEW SECTION 8 TENANTS ONLY)**

**SECTION 8 TENANTS, We will require a copy of your voucher to very it is valid and the size**

**For Section 8 Tenants currently living with us, If you paid security, it will be Transferred to your New Unit as a security deposit depending on the condition of property after move out**

Your application is good for 3 months (90 days) for any of our properties that you income qualify for or your voucher amount matches. ONLY Apply 1 time for 3 months.

It takes between 1-5 business days to process the application. You should receive a text when your application is processed. If you do not receive a text after 5 business days, please contact us for your results.

IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. Please upload a copy of your voucher. Please keep in mind that if your voucher lists less bedrooms than the unit you applied for, you may Not be approved for that unit.

TO MOVE IN AS A SECTION 8 TENANT YOU MUST HAVE :

- ID (DRIVERS LICENSE , PHOTO ID)

- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD

- $25 FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK

- LANDLORD PACKET

- NO SECURITY DEPOSIT

- For Section 8 Tenants currently living with us, If you paid security, it will be Transferred to your New Unit
