Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum gross monthly income requirement of $3,747.00 ($44,964.00 annually) please call for additional application qualifications. Security deposit of $1,800.00* is due with your signed 12-month lease and admin fee. *If you have a credit score of 700 or above and meet all additional criteria, you will qualify for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent. This is a market rent community.

We are pet friendly and welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment with a weight limit not to exceed 70lbs for the first pet and 100lbs combined for both pets. A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00(per pet) is required along with a monthly pet rent of $35.00 per month. A photo of the pet and updated vaccine records are required. We require a renter's insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $500,000 with the landlord named as the additional insured within the policy. Please call for breed restrictions and additional criteria.

*We include a $60.00 a month allowance for water and sewer. If you exceed this amount, you will be billed monthly in addition to your rent.
