This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath unit is the top floor of a farm house in an incredible scenic setting just a few minutes outside of North Bend down town. This is a great location, beautiful setting, lots of wildlife. Incredible views of the mountains, especially Mt Si. The house is adjacent to a large, open pasture, where there is frequently lots of wildlife. The top floor has 3 bedrooms on one level, and is about 1500 sq ft. There is a full bathroom and a half bath. Living room and bedrooms have beautiful hardwood floors, vinyl floors in kitchen & bathrooms. House has energy efficient lighting and newer windows for efficiency. There is washer and dryer in the mudroom. The home has quite a bit of storage, large pantry, storage cabinets and shelves in the mudroom, and 3 storage closets: linen, coat, and bonus storage closet. Large windows provide lots of light and great views of Mt Si and the surrounding area. There is a working fireplace insert, to provide additional heat support in the winter. It is a very peaceful and beautiful setting that everyone loves. No garage, but approximately 120 sq ft storage shed is included. There may be room for larger vehicle or boat/rv parking, let us know your situation and we can discuss. We do try to be pet friendly for well trained and well behaved pets. This is a no-smoking house. No smoking or vaping of any kind would be allowed inside the house. Tenant would occupy the top floor, bottom floor is occupied by the owner and owner’s guests. Units have completely separate entrances and sufficient privacy, but this type of environment requires a friendly and accommodating attitude.
