Well-stocked full kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the eat-in nook along with the separate dining room offers plenty of eating places. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer leads to a two-car garage. Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate as you visit with family and friends on the private screened lanai. This home offers a split bedroom set-up with the owner’s suite at the back of the house, two additional bedrooms at the front and one in the middle. New laminate/vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout the common areas. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, although this house has no stairs, it is not ADA compliant. This unit offers Roku TV and standard cable.

We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Cats must be declawed. No puppies. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. For approval please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
