This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the southern end of Myrtle Beach. Walking distance to Walmart, shopping, and restaurants. This condo is just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and to the Market Commons shopping area.
Palace 813 is fully furnished and includes all utilities, including wireless internet! The resort offers an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. The Master bedroom boasts a Queen size bed and private restroom. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the separate balcony looking down the boulevard from the guest room. The 2nd bedroom has two twin-size beds There is a one-time processing fee of $300.00 in addition to your first month's rent of $1095.00.
Guests of the Palace receive two parking passes. This Resort is completely nonsmoking. You cannot smoke inside the condo, on the balcony, in the parking lot, or pool area. This property does not allow pets and allows guests over the age of 25 only.
