INSIDE THE HOME
This 2-story, fully furnished, exquisitely decorated home will have you feeling spoiled in no time. The main floor has a bright and open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, soaring ceilings, large dining table, spacious living room, and a half bathroom. The main floor also features a gorgeous main suite fit with a private 1/2 toilet room and separate shower/tub room just outside the master suite.
The spiral staircase to the lower level is a fun surprise and leads to a large spacious area. Just to the left of the stairs, tucked away into an alcove is a set of twin bunk beds. The sliding barn door makes this perfectly private. Additonally, there is a large laundry room complete with a oversized washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and ice machine.
In the main living lower space is a secondary kitchen with a full-sized drink refrigerator, sink and a second full sized dining table and chairs. A full over full bunk bed as well as a twin bunk are found in the main living area. Two 1/2 bathrooms and a separate shower room are conveniently situated between the bunk room and a private Queen bedroom towards the back of the home. The large windows allow for natural light as well as two walk out doors leading to the main street level.
EATING
The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Both the full kitchen upstairs and the partial downstairs kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances that will have you feeling like a chef! The full sized table upstairs seats 7, and the full size table downstairs seats 8.
SLEEPING
The home sleeps 12.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the gas fireplace and Adirondack chairs privately located in the back of the home, or sit at the large patio table on the side deck and enjoy the views of Black River and the neighboring marinas. The large wrap-around deck is a great place to relax and watch boats coming in and out of Lake Michigan.
Parking: Parking is provided for 2 cars in the parking lot and as available, street parking in front of the home.

Ahhh, the beach. Sugar sand and blue waters are just a short walk away in either direction, North Beach and South Beach respectively. Directly outside your door is beautiful Black River with docks and floating bars and restaurants mere steps from your home.
