Student Rental Cabin - 4 Person Occupancy - Whole cabin available for August 2023! The Sequoia Ln Cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood off Junaluska Rd and around 5 miles from Appalachian State University's campus. The Sequoia Cabin is a beautiful 2-level log cabin with wood floors, 3 bathrooms and a 4 person maximum occupancy. It has back decks on both levels and a fire pit in the backyard. The cabin is located in a private wooded setting yet located right off a state maintained road. This cabin includes air conditioning as well as a washer/dryer.
Rent is $600 per bedroom or $2400 for the whole cabin (maximum of 4 tenants). Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. Lease is from August 7th, 2023 to July 28th, 2024.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $400 refundable security deposit is due (if 4 tenants) - fees are per person. If only one person/couple is leasing the entire unit, leasing fees are the $200 non-refundable administration fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit.
