The home features a spacious open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large isle, a formal dining area, a family room with a large comfortable couch and a beautiful modern gas fireplace, a formal seating and dining areas, a large modern dual fireplace. The plantation shutters throughout the first floor face a large green backyard oasis with a heated pool and a jacuzzi, several sitting areas, and a built-in BBQ with a countertop sitting, a fountain and even a play house.
Guests can enjoy one bedroom and a full bath on the first floor, three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor and a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The master bathroom leads to a huge walk-in closet. A den/office is also available for guests to use with plenty of space for an at-home office or school space. Guests can park up to two cars in the driveway or on the cul-de-sac in front. The garage will not be available to guests during their stay. Services provided in the rent include: WiFi, gas & electric (monthly cap) and water (monthly cap). No smoking. No pets allowed.
The property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in an excellent neighborhood with award winning schools (the best schools in San Diego county), walking distance to several canyons, bike trails, a volleyball court, and a community park. Torrey Pines and Del Mar beaches, Del Mar Highlands and One Paseo fabulous shopping and dining plazas, the Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds, tennis courts, horse riding stables and many more are just a few minutes drive away. Trips to unspoiled Solana Beach or stunning Torrey Pines State Reserve and Torrey Pines Golf Course are also just beyond the doorsteps. Commuting is easily and accessible with nearby access to Interstate 5, and the 805 and 56 freeways. The home requires a 30-night minimum stay.
