If you had any prior Landlord Tenant complaints or evictions, your application will not be approved. Sorry, no Section 8 and no smoking inside the property.
Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. No aggressive breeds. If approved, there is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent per pet.
