Information
The Application fee is $110 per adult that will be residing in the property. If you would to apply you may do so online, please visit [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] When filling out the application, you will have the option to attach your copy of your Valid Government ID & proof of income. If you are unable to attach them, you may also email me your documents.
Security deposit: is based on credit and rental history. If you have good credit and good rental history you will be required a security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent, if you have less than good credit and/or less than good rental history and/or 3 or more late rent payments, you would be required to pay a security deposit equal to at least 2 month’s rent.
Qualifications: You cannot have any past evictions, housing debt, felonies or misdemeanors. You must show proof of income in the amount of 3x’s the monthly rent. You must be over 18yrs, have valid proof of income (paystubs, bank statements and/or tax returns) and have valid government identification.
Pets: Pets are allowed, pet fee is $350 non-refundable per pet up to 2 pets allowed. There is a 30lb weight limit but you cannot have any aggressive breed or mix with an aggressive breed. (If unsure if your pet is aggressive, please Google the breed if it is identified as an aggressive breed, then it is not permitted. Absolutely no Pit bulls or Rottweiler’s or any mix that has any part of these breeds)
Occupants: No more than 2 occupants per bedroom allowed.
