This unit is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. Non-refundable pet fees are as follows: $200 per cat, $250 per medium dog (40 lbs or less), $300 per large dog (40-65lbs), $350 per extra large dog (65lbs or more).
There is also an additional $25/month per pet added to the monthly rent amount.
