Enjoy the summer with access to our swimming pool located in the center of the complex, as well as shaded outdoor seating. Carports and outdoor storage are available for an additional fee.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
ALL persons over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment must fill out a separate rental application. Occupancy is without regard to age, however, all occupants at least 18 years of age will be held financially responsible and therefore, must apply and be listed on the lease. You will be responsible for paying a $40 application fee online with a debit or credit card. Applications must be completed online. You will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
WHEN YOU APPLY:
The Application Process may take 2 - 3 business days to come back. We will notify you as soon as soon as your application has been fully processed. We will do a credit history and criminal background check.
CO-SIGNORS:
Co-signers must apply separately and include the same required documentation. Should the co-signer not have a landlord, entering their own information in that area will suffice.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
If your application and credit check meets our requirements, someone will be in touch with you to fill out the lease for the apartment. At this time, you will be responsible for the $500 deposit due when the lease is signed.
