This apartment was just renovated, and you will be the first tenant to enjoy the BRAND NEW FLOORS installed throughout the unit! The photos show the work being done, and we will soon update all of the photos with the finished work.
ABOUT THE UNIT: This one-bedroom apartment has a great layout and is nicely suited for one or two people. Your kitchen is well-equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The apartment also comes with an in-unit, private washer and dryer and great storage in the hallway. Your lease includes one off-street parking spot in the back, and private patio space in front. The back of the apartment, with direct entrance from the parking lot, makes for a great mudroom and bike storage.
WHATS NEARBY: Youre a 10-minute or less walk to the best of the neighborhood: Kenton and Arbor Lodge parks, Green Zebra organic grocery shop, Fred Meyer, lots of restaurants, including all the great spots on the hip Denver Strip, transportation (the Lombard MAX stop and the 4, 75, and 35 bus routes), and even a locally-owned, full-service gym right across the street from us.
We take care of the landscaping and of keeping the building and grounds clean. We also pay for trash and recycling. Water and sewer costs are shared among all tenants via a chargeback (youll receive a monthly bill for this), and you pay for your own electricity, internet, etc.
PETS: We will consider one well-trained cat or dog for a monthly $35 pet rent. No size or breed restrictions, but we require that the pet be well socialized, well potty-trained, and not a danger or annoyance to humans or other animals in the building. You must make sure that your renters insurance (which is required) covers pet liability.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property.

• Strong credit and verifiable rental history. Please email us to get a copy of our screening criteria.
• Application required for every prospective tenant 18 and over.
• Screening fee: $42 per applicant, paid after submission of application to cover the cost of a screening (payable by credit or debit card only) by an independent service provider. Applications not meeting the Screening Criteria will not advance to the screening fee and will not incur a charge.
• Security deposit is equal to one months rent. Conditional approval may require an additional 1/2 months rent deposit.
• 12-month lease required.
• Renter’s insurance required.
• This unit is not ADA accessible (Type A Unit).
