Live on Lombard and walk to the best of North Portland! This large two-bedroom upstairs apartment is located in a small and lovingly-maintained building owned and managed by two former renters who strive to be good landlords. It is close to Kenton Park, Arbor Lodge Park, a MAX stop, Kenton’s hip Denver Strip, and more.

The apartment will be available to move in as early as February 1st, and we have private viewing appointments available this weekend. Please email us to make an appointment, and if you’re interested, we invite you to complete an application after your appointment..

• About the unit: The open floor plan gets lots of natural light in this 810 sq ft apartment, with a living room that leads onto a balcony surrounded by mature trees. Your kitchen is well-equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Newer carpet and paint. You also get your own, in-unit, private washer and dryer, and plenty of storage space. The building is non-smoking and non-vaping. Your lease includes one off-street parking spot in the back.

You’ll be living just a 10-minute walk or less to: parks (Kenton and Arbor Lodge), grocery stores (Green Zebra and Fred Meyer), restaurants (Flavour Spot, King Burrito, Seven Rivers BBQ, and tons more), the Denver “Strip,” (shops, cafes, and restaurants), transportation (the Lombard MAX stop and the 4, 75, and 35 bus routes), and exercise (a locally owned, full-service gym right across the street).

We take care of the landscaping and of keeping the building and grounds clean. We also pay for trash and recycling. Water and sewer costs are shared among all tenants via a chargeback (you’ll receive a monthly bill for this), and you pay for your own electricity, internet, etc.

• Pets: We will consider one well-trained cat or dog for a monthly $35 pet rent. No size or breed restrictions, but we require that the pet be well socialized, well potty-trained, and not a danger or annoyance to humans or other animals in the building. You must make sure that your renter's insurance (which is required) covers pet liability.

As per Portland's 72-hour notice of availability requirement, the application window opens Saturday January 14 at 12:00 PM.

Application Information and Requirements:

• Monthly household income must be at least 2.5x the stated rent. (That is, income must be at least $3,937/month, or $47,250/year).

• Strong credit and verifiable rental history. Please email us to get a copy of our screening criteria.

• Application required for every prospective tenant 18 and over.

• Screening fee: $42 per applicant, paid after submission of application to cover the cost of a screening (payable by credit or debit card only) by an independent service provider. Applications not meeting the Screening Criteria will not advance to the screening fee and will not incur a charge.

• Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Conditional approval may require an additional 1/2 month's rent deposit.

• 12-month lease required.

• Renter’s insurance required.

• This unit is not ADA accessible (Type A Unit).
