It's like if all 3 of the little pigs were contracted for one apartment, and each specialized in more durable building materials like: hardwoods, tile and stained-glass. So, one lil pig focused their efforts on the gleaming hardwoods in the living and bedroom areas, then went nuts in the bonus space off the back, while another tiled the kitchen and entire bathroom. The third, and most detail-oriented lil pig, added their flair in the living room, then made sure to open the space up with plenty of other great windows throughout. Street parking. w/d hookups in basement.
APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS: 1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for them, just make sure they’re not plotting world domination.
