The basement has a free washer/dryer and tons of storage space. Bonus: The basement features super tall ceilings with tons of storage and is a walkout style for easy moving!
With the high-efficiency gas furnace, utilities normally average $150.00 to $200 per month. Add in electricity and garbage you're running about $546 per person for rent and utilities excluding cable TV and internet.
This is a great area if you enjoy the convenience of urban living. The bus line to 4th is 1 block up the street at Burrito Union is only 2 blocks away.
The Positively Third St Bakery is across the avenue and the Super One/Jimmy Johns/Rose Garden is two blocks down the street. While there is no off-street parking, I've never had a problem finding a parking spot.
Ideal residents make a combined income of more than 3 times the rent and have excellent credit. Will consider a co-signor for students.
Will consider one dog (certain breed restrictions apply) or one FEMALE cat. The pet fee is $300 at lease signing or $30/mo pet rent.
Outside of that, it's a great place and I've had wonderful tenants over the years due to my strict screening procedures.
