This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town home - in a quiet, nestled neighborhood . Enter into the living room on the main floor where you will also find a half-bath followed by an eat-in kitchen (with a walk-out deck attached and a big pantry!). Head downstairs to access the garage and the washer/dryer. On the top floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a private, full bathroom (walk-in shower) and a walk-in closet. In the hallway, there is a linen closet and another full-bath with a shower tub.

Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas.

No landlord/tenant complaints or previous evictions
No unpaid car loans, phone bills, utility bills, etc.
No serious criminal history

Monthly Pet Fee of $50 Per Pet
Pet Fee of $500 (non-refundable)
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
Akita, Show, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, German Shepherd
Rent: $1625/mo
Security Deposit: $1625
Application Fee: $35 (non-refundable) Anyone 18 and over that will be living in the unit must submit an application
