Welcome to our 1951 beachy bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located in Florida's best kept secret -- Gulfport, on the Ciega Bay, located on the Gulf of Mexico.

Our bungalow is just blocks from this small artsy Historic Waterfront town and just minutes from the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg, Pass-a-Grille, and Clearwater.

Gulfport, FL, is a small beach community full of parks, piers, water fun, culture, delicious dining, volleyball competition, and much more!

Our colorful town is buzzing with activity from fresh markets every Tuesday, showcasing fresh produce, breads, seafood, homemade sweets, oils and spices, to art walks the first Friday and third Saturday of every month, featuring musicians, artists, and yummy food vendors. Like shopping? Visit our eclectic shops where you can purchase a variety of souvenirs, paintings, and other treasures from our local artists.

Make sure to visit Pass-a-Grille, located a short 10 minute drive away. You'll find a large white sand beach, perfect for that suntan, or some favorite beach restaurants to enjoy that boat drink while watching the FAMOUS St. Pete sunsets.

Gulfport celebrates several annual festivals including "Get Rescued" which supports pet rescues in February, Springfest highlighting local artists in March, a 4th of July parade, and a labor day street fair called "Geckofest".

Not only do we have lots of room inside, but we have the perfect oasis in the backyard for your complete privacy, with a tall vinyl fence, stone wall planters, large concrete patio, with a fire pit w/ chairs, a table with umbrella and chairs if you want to eat outside, a new BBQ grill, and a hot/cold water outdoor shower to wash those sandy feet after a day at the beach. We have a dwarf banana tree, orange tree, key lime tree and have recently planted a guava and avocado tree. You are welcome to any of the harvested fruits if they are bearing fruit during your stay.

We also have some beach gear for you to use during your stay including 2 boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The wide open kitchen has plenty of space to cook and a wide variety of utensils and every day necessities are included. The granite countertops, bamboo floors, and beach decoration really bring the space together. There is full dining room that leads to the rear yard. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, while the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a beautifully updated bathroom.

This property is listed and managed by the owners, not realtors or property management companies and we strive to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. Please be aware we do have a strict NO PET policy. While we adore furry friends, they are not allowed. Please help respect our quiet neighborhood and it's lovely people.. Large parties/gatherings are not allowed.

The rental period will be from 10/1/2021 (or earlier) through a maximum of 12/11/2021. Sorry. We can not extend the rental beyond 12/11/21.
