Two Bedroom One Bathroom Unit on Second Floor -- Avail Dec 1st - This absolutely amazing two-bedroom with one-bathroom apartment is located on the second floor, and it will become available December 1st. Although it is on the second floor, it is located above a carport; so, you don't have to worry about disturbing neighbors below you.
This unit is 700 square feet and it is renting for only $1750. This rent includes all of the utilities except for electricity and one assigned carport in our parking lot. If you have other vehicles, we do have additional spaces available for a monthly fee; however, all guests must park on the street.
The security deposit for any of our units is equal to one month's rent, making the total move-in costs to be $3500. The application fee is $50 for each adult (anyone 18 years of age or older) that would be living in the unit. Our rental office is open 7 days a week, except holidays. Before you apply, you need to know that we have 3 set criteria. Each applicant needs to have a credit score of 650 or better. Each applicant needs to have a good rental or mortgage history; unless this would be the first time you are moving away from family. And finally, when we take the monthly income from all of the applicants (before taxes and deduction) and add it together, this amount needs to equal at least 3 times the rent.
