Pet Fee's and Guidelines: $250 non-refundable pet fee PER PET. (Max of 2 pets) $20 per month per pet for pet rent. Pet's must be house broken, up to date on shots and non-vicious.
**Refrigerator DOES NOT come with the rental of the home.
***During fall and winter months all leases are 18 month terms**
