The Lowman Building's 89 units feature high ceilings, distinctive arched windows, carpet, wood laminate flooring, ample natural light, and a modern full-size kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher microwave, range, oven, garbage disposal. Elevator, secure, fob-controlled building access with callbox, 24/7 emergency services, an online portal for rent payments, and maintenance requests. No additional storage on-site.
UNIT:
Unit #307 features great natural light, CLOSET, Laminate WOOD FLOORS, all-new soft carpet, and it is ready for move-in! Photos are of a similar apartment.
RENT:
$1000 per month, 12-month lease. The application fee is $47.00 per person. Security deposit is $750, refundable pending lawful deductions.
UTILITIES:
Water, sewer, and garbage are at no additional charge. Electricity is the responsibility of the resident(s). Cable/internet is responsibility of resident(s).
LAUNDRY:
The washer and dryer are shared and conveniently located on floors 2 through 7. The PayRange APP makes it easy to load funds online and sends alerts when the wash will be complete.
PETS:
We welcome any weight and breed of pet with a responsible owner and a one-time, refundable $200 deposit per pet.
PARKING:
No parking on-site. Monthly parking options are available via Butler Garage, one block away on James Street.
